Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order on arrival. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items immediately so we can resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishables, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Return your item first, then place a new order for the replacement.

EU Orders
If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.

Refunds
